The services are traditional, and we enjoy singing challenging music in keeping with those services. We join with the Cathedral Choir for Special Occasions and also sing in other Cathedrals from time to time.

Rehearsals are held on the evening of the first Friday of every month, on the Friday before a singing Sunday, and a warm up practice before the services themselves. Music is distributed about two weeks before the service so that the music can be learnt before the practices.

A register is maintained, and singers are expected to attend on a regular basis. (The name "occasional" refers to the sung services, not to the attendance!) We have several social functions during the year, including an Annual Barbeque, and a Christmas Social.
